Residential Valuations
As experienced chartered surveyors we are able to provide Red Book compliant residential valuations reports for a variety of purposes including Help to Buy, probate valuations, family division, purchase, Charities Act valuations and lease extensions.
Clients include private individuals, investors, housing associations, charities and institutions.
Commercial Valuations
We are able to provide Red Book compliant valuation reports on commercial property for purposes including financial reporting for investment funds, SIPP and SASS pensions, Charities Act and acquisitions.

Luke Haslam MSc MRICS is an experienced residential asset and property manager. We are able to advise private investors, institutions, charities and public bodies in managing their residential property portfolios in a professional, efficient and compliant manner. We tend to work with clients owning five or more residential units on AST tenancies and offer an excellent professional service.

We can act on behalf of Right to Manage Companies and Resident Management Companies in providing a full management service, ensuring your building is run in an efficient and compliant manner. We have experience of managing buildings in the most challenging of circumstances, and work in full collaboration with RTM and RMC directors.

EPP Chartered Surveyors can act on behalf of individuals or businesses looking to acquire property for a variety of purposes. This includes residential or commercial investors looking to start or add to an existing portfolio, businesses looking to purchase premises to trade from, or individuals looking to buy a family home across the north of England.
We can assist clients with the full process, from searching for the right property using our extensive network of contacts, negotiating purchase price and liaising with other professionals such as solicitors and building surveyors through to completion.
We do not accept commission from other service providers but we are happy to introduce building surveyors, contractors, solicitors and mortgage brokers where helpful.
