By registering for the portal you will be able to access important building information such as information on collection of the bins, parking, cleaning, concierge hours etc and we will also be able to alert you if there is something important happening eg. if the hot water supply will be affected.

We want to to engage with you as residents. And in high-rise buildings like Emerald House, it is particularly important that we engage with you. We have drafted a Residents' Engagement Strategy setting out how we would like to engage with you. Please do read it and let us know what you think.
