Welcome to the Emerald House, Gateway Portal. Here you can:

• Register for the portal
• Read the Residents' Engagement Strategy
• Report a building safety issue 
• Register if you need additional assistance in an emergency / evacuation
• Report any concerns you have about building or fire safety

By registering for the residents' portal you will be able to access important building information such as information on collection of the bins, parking, cleaning, concierge hours etc and we will also be able to alert you if there is something important happening eg. if the hot water supply will be affected.

We want to to engage with you as residents. And in high-rise buildings like Emerald House, it is particularly important that we engage with you. We asked residents of Emerald House how they would like to be engaged with. You told us you would like to have information available in the lobby and online. We have set out a Residents' Engagement Strategy setting this out in more detail.  Click here to read the strategy. 

If you consider you have additional needs, you are encouraged to self-identify your needs to the management of the building. Please complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) so we understand your needs. Or contact us and we can help you complete it. You can complete this through the portal, email us emerald.house@eppcs.co.uk or get one from the concierge

We want residents to play effective role in making sure your building is, and remains, safe. This includes identifying and reporting hazards that may impact on the safety of the building, and meeting responsibilities to ensure your safety and that of your neighbours. 

If you see anything that could cause a fire, worsen the spread of fire, cause parts of the building to collapse or affect the structure of your building then please let us know so that we can respond to the issue. This may include reporting the smell of something burning, loose wiring in the communal areas, a fire door not closing, or structural issues.
